Where Communication Comes First Since 1876

Our students may have learning or communication disabilities – but they are seen as  individual learners, each with their own strengths and contributions.

Speech and language disorders refer to problems in communication and related areas such as oral motor function. A communication disorder is any disorder that affects an individual's ability to comprehend, detect, or apply language and speech to engage in discourse effectively with others. The delays and disorders can range from simple sound substitution to the inability to understand or use one's native language. These delays and disorders range from simple sound substitutions to the inability to understand or use language or use the oral-motor mechanism for functional speech and feeding. We want to help those people with speech disability to make them feel that they are not alone, that is the main reason that we started this website. But if you are looking for more traffic for you website, you can buy website traffic to help you get started.

Sound is simply a kind of energy we can hear. Things make sounds when they vibrate, setting air in motion around them. These air molecules move about more energetically and start crashing into other air molecules too. That's how waves of sound energy race out from a drum in all directions and that energy keeps traveling through the air until it reaches your ears. A hearing aid is simply an electronic sound amplifier.

A hearing aid works exactly the same way, except that the microphone, amplifier, and loudspeaker are built into a small, discreet, plastic package worn behind the ear or just inside the ear canal. It is very hard to not be able to hear, so take care of your ears. If you are having problems hearing, you can always use our Top 10 Bluetooth Headsets. Remember to put the volume to a minimum to preserve your hearing.
